I themed my Ubuntu after OSX in a rather dark style. My favorite theme so far. It's like having the best of two worlds. The best OS and the best design - OK, you may start your flame war now!
This was done on a IBM T41 running Feisty, so it wasn't easy to get the Avant-window-navigator (dockbar) running. If someone cares about them, I can post the details.
Click 'read more' for the screenshots.

The icons are called ALLBLACK. You can find them on http://www.gnome-look.org

Here is another screenshot which looks exactly like Leopard, but I like it less than the previous one

This one is teh win

It's done with the cairo-dock and the osx icons ... ain't that nice?

Hi John,
I looked around and I found a great tutorial here. I couldn't do better.
What you need to do, is collect some themes and fonts etc., but there is this project called mac4lin, that has it all packed up. So check that out and let me know if you need more, or specific help.

EDIT:
Now That I remember, the best osx icon pack, doesn't have the apple logo. I've put one in the attachment. Change directory to /usr/share/icons/YOUR_ICON_PACK/scalable/places or /home/USERNAME/.icons/YOUR_ICONS_PACK/scalable and replace the icon with the file provided in the attachment (don't forget to backup the old one)
